Bonding time

Me and this little girl are doing a lot of bonding already. She kicks me and I shake her to wake her up to kick for dad. I have to say I'm still getting use to this whole I am really pregnant and I am having a girl thing. don't get me wrong....I am beyond excited and blessed that I could cry, just can't believe it's really our turn.
1. A picture a weekly update will come tomorrow because Joe took the camera today on his hike and well I never had him take the belly shot.

This week I went to a friends baby shower. Probably the 2nd one I've been to in years and the 1st girl baby shower in a long long time. Let me tell you, it got me really excited to have this little girl and yes, they have the cutest little girl things. I can not wait.
Great story: my client today is due the same day I am (June 2) and I first started doing her hair when we were both just 4-5 weeks along. I would hear about her 2nd pregnancy but didn't tell her about mine until last time! This time we both knew we were having GIRLS. She was telling me she's been out shopping getting all type of girly things. I talked to her about not naming her until she got her (mostly in fear of I always seem to change my mind and I'm scared if I think about it to long I will change my mind). I realized through something she said that it will help make this all more real if I name her now. I first thought I can't even make up my mind and now Joe and I are going to have to agree on a forever name!! oh my...seem so weird!

We were driving to a church meeting tonight when I brought it up....("honey, I think we should pick out a name") He said a few funny ones and then some he knew I didn't like. Then one just stuck, I had also remember it was a name I wrote in my journal (which means it's so meant to be...hahah) but we both really liked it! Within a few second we decided on a middle name too. and well, that was it! At least for now...I'll be surprise if we change it at birth but then again I'll be surprise if we don't.  So to make this all more real for us we are calling her possibly naming her Brinley Kay.  I like Brynn for short :) you always have to have your nickname plan too.
